23rd April 2017Less than a week to go now - eek! It might not be the Marathon but running 5km is a big challenge for me and I'm really grateful to all who've sponsored me so far.

6th April 2017So this is the course I'll be "running" on the 29th April at the Kent Showground (at night!). There are several different zones but no comfort zone.....

3rd April 2017I'm running as much of the 5k course as I can in memory of my Mum. All funds raised will go into a Tribute Fund I've set up with the MND Association in her name. Thanks very much.
